Let me tell you the story of how Ascend – The Experience came to be.
It was the long weekend of August 1993. I was laying on the couch in my house coat on a Saturday afternoon. I was feeling depressed, not happy with my job. I was feeling disconnected in my relationship and thinking that my life was never going to change. I was also experiencing much physical pain.
All of a sudden, I felt a beautiful energy in my body as if God had entered my living room and enveloped me in a blanket of love. It was a love beyond any love I had ever experienced.
I heard a voice that I call “my Higher Self “ It said, "Love is all there is. Everything else is illusion."
From that moment on, my life changed forever.
I realized how small I had been living and how disconnected I was to my soul and how much I had been living in the realm of suffering, chaos, drama and fear.
Fast forward to the late 90's when I had another, "direct experience of Source" in a workshop which quantum jumped my life yet again.
I realized that there would come a time when I would teach others how they could also have a direct experience of Divine Love. A divine love that has the power to massively shift your energetic vibration and to life upgrade and transform your life in profound ways.
Well that time is NOW!
Today, many are making the choice to ascend from lower density fear-based energy to higher energetic frequencies. The more you know how to move through this process, the less pain and suffering you will experience.
Ascension is about rising up from the lower thought world of negativity, worry, doubt and false beliefs about the true reality that resides within you. Ascension is a quantum jump from fear to love, from resentment to forgiveness, from scarcity to prosperity, from anger to peace of mind, and from depression to joy.
The truth is you do not need "more" information.
What you do need is an activation process that shows you how to "subtract thought forms" that are not working for you, so you can rise up and embody your true nature. This process is about experiencing the TRUE YOU!
The earth is shifting to a higher timeline, and this means your dormant DNA has been activated and you need to know how to process it. This means that every human being has the power to ascend right now! However, some are in massive resistance to change while others are making a conscious choice to embrace their true potential.
Evolutionary healing is what humanity is calling for. We all have an innate desire to know what is real. We all have an innate desire to experience real love, to go beyond our fears.
You are made of two primary aspects:
1. Your ego (person - false identity) is the cause of much pain and suffering. The ego will have you believe you do not deserve change, freedom or a good life. It will only focus on problems.
2. Your True Self (known as the Original Self) is beyond the physical five senses and has the power to transform your life so you can experience greater peace of mind and connection.
As you drop the veils of who you are not, you:

What does it mean to Ascend?
When you think of ascension you may think of Jesus, Buddha, Quan Yin or other ascended masters. You may think, "Who am I to ascend?"
The truth is that all ascended masters came to remind us of what is possible for each one of us. We all fell into a lower realm of consciousness when we were born into this earth realm, a spiritual amnesia you might say, and now we are awakening to the truth. You are here to ascend from living in fear (the control matrix) to living fully from the heart in divine trust.
Your soul is looking through your eyes, ready and able to create heaven on earth!!
What is Ascend - The Experience?
Ascend - The Experience - is about taking steps to a higher level of awareness in order to expand into your true identity. When you rise up from just one limiting belief your perception of who you are transforms. That is all it takes. You then begin to relate to and interact with the world around you in very different ways.
Ascension peels away the layers of who you are not, so you can merge with your Higher Self, the highest version of You. As you do, you take control of your awareness and attention, rising up into an expansive state of presence.
Ascend - The Experience will move you through a unique process in a sacred, supportive and safe space. It is a highly focused, structured environment where participants practice a unique combination of contemplation and communication which will lead to a direct experience of who you are.
This experience is designed to give you the space to ask yourself, "Who am I beyond the roles I play as a husband, wife, daughter, son, business owner, or employee?" "Who am I beyond my beliefs, beyond my fears and doubts, or beyond my physical experiences?"
Ask yourself, "Who is the one reading this right now?” Is it clear to you? Are you okay not fully knowing?
Discovering who you truly are, dissolves a huge segment of life's uncertainty and pain and awakens you to the living reality of truth.
In Ascend – The Experience, you will be guided through a Self-inquiry process, which means there is no particular belief system or view of life that is taught or implied. You examine your own experience, make it your own inquiry, and discover your own truths.

I am proof that anyone, no matter who you are, can experience enlightenment and live above the line. I have experienced the full spectrum in this reality – from drug and alcohol addictions to living a healthy, joyful life. From chronic pain, depression and allergies to healing my body. From abusive relationships to living in a Higher Love. From being on welfare to living an Abundant Life. We all have the power if we have the willingness to take the journey beyond the familiar.
I am dedicated to empowering those who are ready to expand their capacity of "being Worthy of all good things" and to know they are not alone on the journey.
For over 20 years, I have been a spiritual teacher, guiding women and men to remember and embody the Highest version of themselves - and to inspire them to step into their True Potential.
I am also Co-creator of Life Force Nation, a Truth community of Beautiful Souls who are cultivating their own Inner Authority to create heaven on earth.
In the Ascend - The Experience you will embark on a Self-Inquiry process that is an extremely effective mindfulness technique. This practice is similar to the Charles Berner technique, of connecting to your True identity – the one who is already whole and eternal. This approach offers you the opportunity to engage in an atmosphere that is very supportive and safe.
