You may be wondering, how did Karen earn the right to hold space for this process?
I had a direct experience of Source August 1993. I was laying on the couch in my house coat on a Saturday afternoon. I was feeling depressed, not happy with my job. I was feeling disconnected in my relationship, feeling unloved, unappreciated and thinking, "Was this all there is? I was also experiencing chronic back pain, chronic fatigue, allergies, depression and numerous other ailments.
I had just finished watching the movie, "Out on a Limb" by Shirley McLaine and there were two questions she posed in the movie. As I laid there feeling sorry for myself, I began pondering these questions...and all of a sudden, I felt a beautiful energy in my body as if God (Source) had entered my living room and enveloped me in a blanket of love. It was a love beyond any human love I had ever experienced.
My Soul had been ACTIVATED!
I heard a voice that said, "Love is all there is. Everything else is illusion."
I cried for a week as I realized how small I had been living, how disconnected I was to my soul and how much I had been living in the realm of suffering, chaos, drama and fear.
Fast forward to the late 90's when I had another, "direct experience of Source" in a workshop which quantum jumped my life yet again. The workshop involved the Charles Berner technique which is so simple yet so profound.
I realized then that there would come a time when I would share this process with others and how they could have a direct experience of divine love using this same technique.
Well that time is NOW!
If you are feeling scarcity, lack, overwhelm or fear of the future it is because your "internal system" is at FULL CAPACITY and your nervous system cannot handle "more" of anything. Your body does not feel safe. You do not create your future by accident. You create it by the limiting stories you repeat and the identity you claim.
The truth is, you do not need "MORE" information. What you do need is an activation process that shows you how to "dump the overload" that is not working for you, release an old identity and Free Your Mind!
This is NOT a Meditation Workshop.
This Ascend process (technique) is not a meditation. You will experience a meditation each day, however; this technique is unique and only available in the Ascend 3-day transformational workshop. This simple yet profound technique allows for a radical, joyful transformation of consciousness.
Evolutionary healing is what humanity is calling for. We all have an innate desire to know what is real. We all have an innate desire to experience real love, to go beyond our fears.
The earth is shifting to a higher timeline, and this means your dormant DNA has been activated and you need to know how to process the energy. This means that every human being has the power to ascend right now! Those who are making the choice to ascend from lower density fear-based energy to higher energetic frequencies will experience a completely different reality. The more you know how to move through this process, the less pain and suffering you will experience.
You are made of two primary aspects:
1. The ego (person - false identity) is the cause of much pain and suffering. The ego will have you believe you do not deserve change, freedom or a good life. It will only focus on problems.
2. Your True Self (known as the Original Self) is beyond the physical five senses and has the power to transform your life so you can experience greater peace of mind and connection.
What does it mean to Ascend?
When you think of ascension, you may think of Jesus, Buddha, Quan Yin or other ascended masters, you may say, "Who am I to ascend?"
The truth is that all ascended masters came to remind us of what is possible for each one of us. We all fell into a lower realm of consciousness when we were born into this earth realm, a spiritual amnesia you might say, and now we are awakening to the truth. You are here to ascend from living in fear (the control matrix) to living fully from the heart in divine trust.

Ascend - The Experience - is about taking steps to a higher level of awareness in order to expand into your true identity. When you rise up from just one limiting belief your perception of who you are transforms. That is all it takes. You then begin to relate to and interact with the world around you in very different ways.
The technique you learn, peels away the layers of who you are not, so you can merge with your Higher Self, the real You!
Ascend - The Experience will move you through a unique process in a supportive and safe space. It is highly focused, structured environment which leads to a direct experience of who you are.
